1. Booking & Reservation

How can I book a cruise ticket?

You can book tickets through our official website, mobile app, or authorized travel agents.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, modifications and cancellations are possible as per our cancellation policy. Additional charges may apply.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We offer special discounts for groups of 10 or more. Contact our sales team for more details.

2. Check-in & Boarding

When should I check in for my cruise?

Check-in begins 3 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before sailing. We recommend arriving early.

What documents do I need to board the cruise?

You must carry a valid government-issued ID, passport (for international cruises), and your booking confirmation.

Can I bring my own food and drinks onboard?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed. However, we have a variety of dining options onboard.

3. Luggage & Packing

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger is allowed one checked bag (up to 50 lbs) and one carry-on bag. Extra baggage fees apply for additional items.

Are there any restricted items?

Yes, prohibited items include weapons, flammable materials, illegal drugs, and drones. Please check our baggage policy for details.

Can I bring my pet onboard?

Only registered service animals are permitted onboard. No pets are allowed.

We have emergency procedures, lifeboats, and trained staff to handle all situations. A safety drill is conducted at the beginning of every trip.

Do I need travel insurance?

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost baggage.

6. Shore Excursions

How can I book shore excursions?

Excursions can be booked before departure or onboard at our Excursion Desk.

Can I explore ports on my own?

Yes, but you must return to the ship before the designated departure time. The cruise is not responsible for late passengers.

7. Payment & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. Cash payments are accepted onboard.

Are there any additional charges onboard?
