1. Booking & Reservation Policy

- Passengers must provide valid identification at the time of booking.
- Tickets are non-transferable and must match the passenger's ID.
- Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.

2. Check-In & Boarding Policy
Passengers must adhere to the following check-in and boarding procedures:
- Check-in begins 3 hours before departure and closes 1 hour prior.
- All passengers must present valid travel documents and cruise tickets.

- Late arrivals may be denied boarding without a refund.
